Kitchen layout: You send me the plan of the kitchen of your project and I will adapt the equipment required for the proper functioning in coherence with the type of food you are considering
Equipment advise & research: Once the equipment proposal has been approved, I will be able to assist you in choosing the right equipment and supplier.
Menu creation: I can prepare the menu for your restaurant at the opening, but if you wish to renew it regularly.
My proposals are menus of different cuisines, French, Russian, Maghreb, Italian, Spanish, Fish and seafood etc.
