My name is Patrick Grandgien, for over forty years I have been a chef.
I have worked in many countries like Iraq, Algeria, India, Saudi Arabia, Russia,
Ukraine, Slovenia, Lebanon, Georgia, and obviously in my country of origin France.
Throughout my career, I have successfully held the following positions
- Chef
- Chief in charge of Management
- Camp Boss
- Catering Manager on remote sites
- Catering Supervisor
- Area Manager
- Branch Manager
- Four-
star hotel manager
Now retired, I want you to benefit from my experience and skills acquired during
